RCIA Services

Drawing from attendance at 6 Forum workshops and 10 years of providing initiation formation to parishes in the Diocese of Richmond, VA as well as service to the RCIA Commission in Richmond, we offer:

  • Thought partnering as you consider the year-round catechumenate.  We’ll help you think about its strengths, its challenges and its graces as they pertain to your parish.
  • Planning a year-round catechumenate.
  • RCIA retreats:  Advent, Lent, Triduum preparation
  • Learning facilitation for RCIA Teams/coordinators on discerning readiness.
  • Presentation on working with the already baptized as well as a parish retreat on the dignity of baptism.
  • Leading study days on aspects of the ritual text.   For example, what does it mean to say that initiation is the responsibility of all the baptized in terms of how a parish initiation process is designed and implemented?
