Margie Sullivan |
|
| Margie holds an M.A. in Adult Community Development and a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Pastoral Ministry. A team member with the North American Forum on the Catechumenate, she provides leadership training in Christian initiation throughout the country. Margie is a keynote speaker, workshop presenter and has written for Catechumenate, Today’s Parish and Catechist’s Connection. With experience in mentoring and coaching, she provides consultation in Christian initiation, adult formation and leadership development. |

Deborah Stollery |
|
| Debbie holds an M.A. in Communication and a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Pastoral Ministry. She serves part-time on the staff of the Diocese of Richmond as a Consultant for Leadership Development, concentrating on creating norms and standards as well as training new leaders. She has been on the faculty at Xavier University of New Orleans and Concordia University Wisconsin. She is a writer, frequent workshop presenter, keynote speaker and storyteller. |

Alice Langley |
|
| Alice holds a Master of Pastoral Studies with a concentration in community building, and a Master of Science in Psychology. She is experienced in discerning and implementing vision, as well developing criteria for evaluating a program’s effectiveness. She has presented workshops in communication skills, group facilitation, group dynamics and leadership development. As a small community specialist, she has developed both small communities of faith and neighborhood systems in the parish setting. Together with Debbie Stollery she developed and authors Stories Converse: A Journey of Discipleship, a lectionary-based small community sharing resource that emphasizes the justice tradition of the Scriptures. |

Dana Hlusko |
|
| Dana holds an M.S. in Nursing Administration with a concentration in the nursing specialty of Informatics. She has a Certificate as Coordinator of Religious Education from the Diocese of Richmond and is a graduate of the Virginia Institute of Spiritual Direction. She has been a workshop presenter at Nursing Informatics conferences and is proficient in technology-based communication tools such as brochure design (Publisher) and website design and maintenance. She is experienced in research, design and development of training events and manuals as well as facilitation and project management. |
